Chronicle Fuengirola 2012 (I)

Friday at midday I met with my girlfriend and my friend Adrián and we went to eat to Mcdonalds, and when we finished, we went towards Fuengirola. We arrived approximately at 6:30 p.m. to our hotel. We did the check in and go up to our apartment. The choice of hotel was a good decision, as it was spacious and cheap, was an 8 minute drive from the Palacio de la Paz, where was the contest, 5 minutes walking to the beach and close a big shopping center.

At night came Pedro and Carmen (his girlfriend) with his miniatures, and he and Adri paint a short time for to finish and to correct their works,  but only was a short time because the light was not good.

Saturday morning, Adri chose to get up early for to paint with the sunlight. At 11.30h, we went to Palacio de la Paz while Mayte stayed in the hotel pool. We parked and saw the first familiar faces and friends as Rafa Coll or Pepa Saavedra. 

After presenting our miniatures, we see some of presented works and we found that there were several workswith a good quality, with nice works of great painters as Jesus Martin, Pepa Saavedra, Jose Maria Murciano, Fernando Ruiz, Rafa Coll, and Javier Molina. In addition, there were plenty of dioramas, ships, planes, tanks, etc.. 

At midday we went to our hotel again for to met with Mayte and to have lunch. We spent the day talking about our upcoming projects and future trips we like to do, relaxing on the beach and the pool, and watching a movieat night.
